  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days from the date of order confirmation.
  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
  • In case of high order volumes, processing may be delayed. Customers will be notified in such cases.

2. Shipping & Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the delivery location, courier partner, and unforeseen circumstances.
  • We do not guarantee delivery dates.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • We may offer free shipping on selected products or order values at our sole discretion.
  • Any additional charges such as remote area delivery fees may be applicable and will be communicated where possible.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation via SMS, email, or WhatsApp containing tracking details.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to track the shipment and ensure availability for delivery.

5. Delivery Conditions

  • Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping details at the time of placing the order.
  • If a delivery attempt fails due to:

    • Incorrect address
    • Unreachable phone number
    • Customer unavailability

    the courier may reattempt delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.


6. Delays & Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for delays in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Strikes or labor disputes
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Government restrictions
  • Courier partner delays

7. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

  • If the package is received in a damaged condition, the customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (photos/videos).
  • In case of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate.
  • Replacement or refund will be processed only after verification and confirmation from the courier.

8. Risk of Loss

All products purchased from our website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means:

  • The risk of loss and title for such products passes to the customer upon delivery to the shipping address provided.

9. Serviceable Areas

  • We currently ship across India.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders for locations that are not serviceable by our courier partners. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
